Design Development

Drawings Package
Our studio will create all the drawings the trades need to execute the project. These drawings include proposed floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, electrical plans, finishes and furniture layout plans, as well as elevations for areas requiring more detail.

Planning ahead is an important step in deciding which materials or fixtures to use. 3D renderings make decisions easier to take and ensure your vision of the future space. Arts are very important to us as we are directly connected with artists. We also like to draw our inspiration from abroad, particularly Africa and Europe. Through our relationships with local galleries, we can assist in buying pieces and take care of the installation.
